Former Inverness model admits neglecting cot death toddler
A former model from Inverness has admitted to neglecting her toddler son who died in February 2014.
The mother of a toddler - who was found dead at his Inverness home - has admitted neglecting him over a period of 5-months.
Clyde Campbell suffered cot death in February 2014, but his mum was investigated for neglect.
Amanda Hardie was crowned the face of Inverness by agency modelscotland the year before her toddler son's death.
What followed was a police investigation into the mum's treatment of two-year-old Clyde Campbell.
The former model was charged with wilffully ill-treating, abandoning, neglecting and exposing Clyde to unnecessary suffering or injury in her flat on Mackintosh Road.
She admitted the offences over a 5-month period, and now the Sheriff's warned Hardie that she faces all possible punishments at his disposal.
Medical enquiries could not link the toddler's death with the neglect he suffered.
