Elgin distillery bought by US firm
Moray distillery comes under new management after sale
Scotch whisky firm BenRiach - which has a distillery in Elgin - has been taken over by the makers of Jack Daniel's.
American firm Brown-Forman has paid 285-million-pounds for the company's three-distilleries, a bottling plant, and its Edinburgh headquarters.
It has 165-employees, including seasonal staff.
