Elderly man dies after serious crash in Moray

A pensioner has died in a collision between a bus and a car in Moray.
The serious crash happened on the A96 in Elgin at the junction of Morriston Road and West Road around 9.30am on Friday.
Fire crews were sent from Fochabers, Forres and Lossiemouth to free the 80-year-old from his car.
The route was closed for more than 12 hours while an investigation was carried out, but has since reopened.
