Concern for Caithness man sees negotiators deployed amid stand off
Emergency services were called to a property in Castletown around Monday lunchtime
A Caithness road has been closed off by police for over 24 hours after concerns were raised at a house on Monday lunchtime.
At around 12.25pm on November 4th, emergency services were called to Coronation Place in Castletown, following reports of concern for a man inside a property.
It is understood a cordon is in place.
Inspector Kay Macrae said: “Around 12.25pm on Monday November 4th we were called after concern was raised for a man within a house on Coronation Place, Castletown.
“Officers and negotiators are in attendance.”
