Climber Critical After Highland Fall
The man was injured in a fall from Aonach Mor on Saturday.
An ice climber is in a critical condition in hospital after falling around 200ft on a Highland mountain.
The man, in his thirties, was seriously injured in a fall from the east face of Aonach Mor, in Lochaber, on Saturday.
Police, Lochaber mountain rescue ream and the RAF rescue helicopter 137 launched a rescue mission after being alerted at about 3.35pm.
The climber was airlifted to Belford Hospital in Fort William before being transferred to Southern General in Glasgow, where he is said to be in a critical but stable condition.
