Body found near cliffs confirmed as missing Banff man William Hay
The 35-year-old had been missing since December 7th
Police have confirmed a body found by the cliffs near Macduff, Banff yesterday morning was missing man William Hay.
The 35-year-old had been missing since December 7th.
Officers also confirmed his death is being treated as non suspicious.
A Police Scotland statement said: "A post mortem will take place in due course, but currently his death is being treated as non-suspicious and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
