Appeal to trace missing Inverness teen

Police Scotland is re-appealing for information to help trace the whereabouts of 18 year old Adam Mitchell.

Police Scotland is re-appealing for information to help trace the whereabouts of 18 year old Adam Mitchell. Adam was last spoken to at around 9pm on Wednesday 9 November within a licensed premises on Baron Taylor Street, Inverness. He failed to return to his home address within the Culduthel area of Inverness and has had no further contact with his friends or family since and this is described as out of character for him. Adam is believed to have been in the Longman area of Inverness in the early hours of Thursday 10 November Adam is described as 5ft 11inches, heavy build with long brown hair and a beard. When last seen he was wearing a black leather jacket, a denim vest, black jeans and boots. In appealing for information, officers are asking members of the public to check any outbuildings and sheds for any signs that someone may have been using these for shelter. Police are increasingly concerned for Adam’s welfare and safety and are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Police Scotland on 101.
