20-year-old man due in court over police chase that ended in crash
The incident on Friday occurred in Culloden.
A man will appear in court over a police chase which ended with a car crash, injuring two people.
The man, aged 20, was arrested after a crash in Culloden on Friday.
Police pursued a Mercedes which was "driving at speed", before it then collided with two other cars.
Two people were taken to hospital for treatment.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a crash in Culloden.
"Around 6.20pm on September 13th, a white Mercedes EQB was seen by officers driving at speed in Barn Church Road.
"A short pursuit took place before the vehicle was involved in a collision with two other cars.
"A 43-year-old man and 54-year-old woman were taken to Raigmore Hospital for treatment.
"The 20-year-old is due to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court in connection with road traffic offences.
"A report on the circumstances of the incident will be referred to the professional standards department for review."
