Wifi, hugs and a man cave?
As part of the busy modern day life that we lead, it's hard to find time to sit down as a family, but research has found that at least 12 hours a week of family time is essential for domestic bliss.
Over 2000 people were asked what they believed was the secret to domestic bliss and you might be quite surprised at some of the answers.
While some of the suggestions are easy and free to do, such as cooking together and having a film night in, others might not be possible for everyone including getting a cat or dog, regular holidays and a shared taste in music.
According to the research mums think regular meals together, paired with lots of hugs and affection, are the key ingredients to achieving family bliss. Dads, on the other hand, believe that taking regular holidays is the top way of achieving it.
