The Voice UK is looking for Scottish contestants

The Voice UK is holding auditions for the newest series of the singing competition and applications are now open! The audition process will bring them to Glasgow to meet Scottish hopefuls looking to take part in series 12 of the ITV show.
The show's all-star coaches Anne-Marie, Olly Murs, Sir Tom Jones and Will.i.am will return to their iconic giant red swivel chairs to find the best singers across the UK to build their teams, but this year is slightly different, as you'll now be able to audition as a solo act, duo, trio or group!

How can I apply to be on The Voice UK?
You can register on The Voice UK's website, where you will be asked to provide a photo of yourself, your social media handles, your home address, details about any other TV appearances you've done, and of course a video showing off your singing ability!
When can I apply to be on The Voice UK?
Applications are now open! You'll be able to apply up until 15th August 2022, so you still have some time to find the perfect song to wow the judging panel.
How old do you have to be to go on The Voice UK?
You need to be 16-years-old or older to apply to The Voice UK, and if you are between the ages of 16-18 you will need a parent or guardian to register, complete and submit the application on your behalf.
When are auditions for The Voice UK?
Successful candidates will likely be contacted later this year, after registration closes in August.
When will series 12 of The Voice UK air?
The release date for the 12th series of the show hasn't been announced yet, but the competition typically airs from January to March.
