After classic TV show Supermarket Sweep was revived last year, with former X Factor and Big Brother star Rylan Clark-Neal, ITV have confirmed it's back for a second series, and this time there's going to be a special celebrity version!

The show, which has been given a brand new daytime slot on ITV, will return in the Autumn with a normal series, before the celeb edition airs later in the year.

A number of famous faces will be joining forces for the show, including JLS stars JB GIll and Aston Merrygold, former Queens of the Jungle Scarlett Moffatt and Jacqueline Jossa, and Gavin & Stacey duo Melanie Walters and Joanna Page.

Just like last year, former Coronation Street actress Jennie McAlpine will lend her voice to the store tannoy, whilst Rylan Clark-Neal hosts the series on ITV.

Supermarket giant Tesco is also involved in the show once again, with their Group Marketing Communications Director, Emma Botton, saying “We had so much fun the first time around, we couldn’t resist returning for another trip around those iconic aisles. Our customers know a thing or two about savvy shopping, so it’s no wonder the last series went down so well with them, and there are even more surprises in store for this series.”

Supermarket Sweep will return later in the year on ITV.
