Strictly Come Dancing had a record amount of viewers this weekend as the nation watched on to see how Seann Walsh and Katya Jones would act following THAT public kiss last week.
After performing one of the most nonsexual routines ever seen on Strictly Come Dancing, Seann and Katya made it through to next weekend's show, despite being the favourites to be axed following the drama.
HOWEVER, after Katie Piper and her professional partner Gorka Márquez were axed from the show following a dance-off with Charles Venn, viewers took to social media to vent their anger, with some calling it a 'fix'.
Despite a few mistakes in their Charleston routine, Seann and Katya were scored high by the judges, finishing in fifth place on the leaderboard, with a score of 28. As the judges scores are added to the viewer votes, many believe the judges were told to score the pair high to ensure they weren't eliminated.

Another angry viewer then added, 'Of course Seann and Katya survived if they went this week the shows viewing figures would plummet! Votes are all rigged people. And I wouldn’t be surprised if they get to the finals to keep the viewers. Sad state of affairs......whoops #Strictly #strictly2018 #SeannandKatya'. sic
After show host Tess Daly announced the results, it seems as though Seann and Katya were equally surprised that they'd made it through, reacting in shock at the news.
