Sean Paul is entering the Love Island villa 😱
OMG!
We are still recovering from one of the most DRAMATIC Love Island recouplings in history which took place last night (Thursday 6th February), but now bosses have dropped even more exciting news!
After Craig David performed in the villa out in Mallorca back in 2019, it's now been revealed that the legend that is Sean Paul will fly over to South Africa for a special Love Island party, and we couldn't be more excited!
Announcing the news on social media, bosses posted a video of the 'Temperature' rapper in the Beach Hut, writing, 'Yep, actual @duttypaul is heading into the villa to host a party like no other! 👏 And don’t worry… we totally got him to say ‘Jordan and Rebecca’ #LoveIsland'. sic
Fans were hyped to hear the news, one user wrote, 'Yeh man! This will bring a smile on shaughna face', with another adding, 'Sean da Paul!!!'. sic
Others were quick to make a joke that bosses should have booked Paige Turley's ex Lewis Capaldi. One wrote, 'Where’s Lewis Capaldi?', with another adding, 'Sad it isn’t lewis capaldi that would’ve been so funny'. sic
Sean will head into the villa to host a Spotify party for the Islanders, following THAT dramatic Casa Amor recoupling last night.
Check out all of the Love Island rules below:
No getting drunk
According to 2017 contestant Kem Cetinay, contestants are allowed one small glass of wine or beer a night with dinner.
Being drunk's an absolute no-no, so sex while intoxicated is obviously against the rules too.
No masturbating
No solo sex acts are allowed in the villa, though obviously allowed to get jiggy with their partner.
No nudity
Contestants cannot be naked in front of other islanders, since the villa is technically a public space.
No books, phones or magazines
The islanders are given snazzy phones from their sponsor, Samsung (what else would they get their texts on?); but anyone sneaking their own mobile phone into the villa would risk being removed.
Same goes for books and magazines, too.
No inappropriate language or behaviour
This could cover homophobic, racist or aggressive language and is quite the broad rule. Inappropriate behaviour is again at producers' discretion, and would include violence and sexual harassment.
No discriminating against staff
Any Islanders who are rude to crew could run the risk of being booted off the show, and contestants must NOT take their mic packs off unless instructed to.
Follow the rule book
Simple. Contestants must obey the rule book they're provided with; which includes information on safe sex, consent and how to know if you're following the guidelines.
Meanwhile, viewers were left seething last night when the show ended on one of the BIGGEST cliffhangers in history.
As the original boys returned to the main villa from Casa Amor, both Siânnise Fudge and Paige Turley were reunited with Luke T and Finn Tapp, but it wasn't good news for poor Shaughna Phillips as Callum Jones returned with new girl Molly Smith.
As bosses decided to cut the episode there, viewers can't wait to see Shaughna's reaction, which will play out on tonight's show!
Love Island continues every night on ITV2 at 9pm.
