Love Island SPOILERS: Amber has a tough decision to make as a recoupling looms
What will she do?
After Love Island producers dropped that SAVAGE twist where Michael Griffiths and Joanna Chimonides were split up and Joanna eventually dumped, viewers last saw Michael confessing to the male Islanders that he still likes Amber Gill.
But now new boy Greg O'Shea has taken a fancy to Amber, and it looks like she's enjoying the Irish hunk's attention. Will Amber have an easy decision to make when the Islanders find out a recoupling is imminent?
And a new romance between Greg and Amber is not the only blossoming relationship, as India and Ovie seal their feelings with a kiss, leaving Chris unhappy.
Love Island Spoilers: 18th July 2019
MICHAEL CONFESSES HIS FEELINGS TO AMBER
It looks like romance could be back on the cards for Michael and Amber as he confesses how he really feels to her. After taking Amber for a chat, Michael says, "The situation that I am in now has given me time to clarify a few things in my head. It's given me time to think and realise 'I do like Amber'. I can only apologise about how I was over the last few weeks. I'm just letting you know that I do still like you".
Shocked, Amber then responds by saying, "I don't get it. If you liked me the whole time, why would you do that? Would you still have done this if she Joanna was still here?" Michael then replies, adding, "Yes. I would have to have this conversation. I knew that I still liked you. I just kept denying it to myself".
Will Amber fall back into the arms of the firefighter or is the Irish charm of new boy Greg too hard to resist?
INDIA AND OVIE SEAL THE DEAL WITH A KISS, BUT WHERE DOES THIS LEAVE CHRIS?
Since India arrived in the villa, she's found herself locked in a love triangle between Ovie and Chris, with both boys declaring that they'd like to get to know her further.
But India's decision looks to be made, as she tells Ovie on the terrace, "It's nice to come in here and feel like you get on with someone. Obviously, you're lovely to look at but I know that if I need someone to talk to about anything, you're the person I feel on a level with. We're on the same page". Ovie responds by saying, "We're very similar. I've picked up on that too. I'm really happy at the moment".
And when India points out that there is a full moon, Ovie says, "Make a wish". He then tells her to "give me a little kiss".
However, Chris also takes India to the side, opening up to her, saying, "I like you. I don't know if you guessed that?".
THE BOYS COMPETE TO BE NAMED THE VILLA’S BUFFEST BUILDER
After a tense few days, a shock dumping, three new arrivals and Anton returning (hurray!), Anton receives a text, reading, "Islanders. It's time to find out which boy is the buffest builder as you go head to head in today's challenge. #menatwork #powertools".
The course is made up of various stages, including a wall the boys need to break down to reach their girl on the other side, a concrete pool they have to go through whilst carrying their girl AND there's a giant wrecking ball to mount - the boys better be channelling their inner Miley Cyrus!
The boys then have to end the challenge by kissing their partner. Both Greg and Michael choose to couple up with Amber, with Greg giving Amber a kiss on the cheek but Michael plants a smoocher on Amber's lips!
A RECOUPLING LOOMS AND THE GIRLS HAVE ALL THE POWER
After a fun challenge and a jam-packed day, Maura receives THE text - "Islanders. Tonight, there will be a recoupling in which the girls will choose which boy they want to couple up with. #manofthemoment".
Amber is the last to pick but what will happen? Will she start a new romance with Greg or choose to recouple with Michael and restart their relationship?
