But she's stunned when she discovers that Liam's not actually been going to work every day like he's been saying - and in fact, hasn't been working at the hospital at all.

Paddy Kirk is feeling worried that Kim Tate will out him after he doped a racehorse for her last week.
But with money in short supply and Kim holding all the cards, will he go back to his life of crime?
Newcomer Chloe opens up to Noah Dingle and Sarah Sugden about her traumatic home life but is thrown to learn about Noah's feelings for her.
Tracy Metcalfe arrives home with baby Frankie in tow and Harriet Finch is tempted by her old life in the police force.

Leyla can't help noticing that Liam has been acting strangely since he started at Hotton General and when she pays him a surprise visit at the hospital she's baffled to learn that he doesn't actually work there.
Paddy is left feeling paranoid after his unscrupulous dealings with Kim, he begs her to keep their secret between them but Kim hasn't decided if she'll stay quiet.
Elsewhere, Sarah is shocked to learn that Noah has a crush on Chloe. He promises to keep quiet about her identity as long as he keeps letting her tag along to their meetings.
After learning Liam's been lying to her, Leyla and Priya follow him to an empty house with a "For Sale" sign. Later Leyla resolves to confront him but when he arrives home in a chipper mood and maintains he's been at work, she's thrown.
When Chloe opens up to Sarah and Noah about how lonely she's been feeling, only Noah manages to find the words to comfort her. But soon he's left red-faced when Chloe learns he's been calling her his girlfriend.
After DI Swirling's investigations into the attack at the Woolie, he tells Harriet that she's missed on the force. Harriet confides in Dawn that she's been feeling lost since DI Malone's murder and is tempted by going back to the police.
Paddy meets with Kim in the pub who corners him and asks him to do another doping job for her. But their conversation is overheard by Al, who is instantly suspicious. Winding the truth out of Paddy, Al agrees to keep quiet if Paddy convinces Marlon to accept his investment in the Woolie.
Tracy arrives back in Emmerdale with Frankie and she and Nate try their best to adjust to living together again.

Determined not to let his beloved pub fall to ruin, Paddy Kirk asks Kim Tate for a loan - but Kim isn't giving her money away without something in return and soon Paddy is left in a difficult position when she asks him to dope her racehorse for her.
Later The Woolie is forced to close early due to electrical issues and Charity Dingle ends up in hospital after an intruder breaks into the empty pub.
Elsewhere, Gabby Thomas is desperate to start a new life with Jamie Tate and wants to elope, but Jamie's heart isn't in it and he pays a visit to Dawn Taylor.
As Gabby waits on a remote country lane for Jamie to show up, will she get the picture?
