EastEnders spoilers: Sharon Watts serves Ian Beale a killer meal
Coming up on EastEnders...
EastEnders fans were shocked when it came to light that not only did Sharon Watts know about Ian Beale’s involvement in Dennis’ death, but that she’s the person who has been trying to kill him.
Well next week as she continues to secretly poison him, she takes things a step too far and serves him a killer meal – is this finally the end of Ian?
Meanwhile Jay Brown and Billy Mitchell join forces for a new business venture. However Jay is later left struggling with his feelings for Honey Mitchell.
Frankie Lewis pushes Mick Carter for details about her mum but when he snaps at her, she’s left wondering about her future in Walford.
Elsewhere Ash Panesar finally tells Iqra Ahmed the truth – her brother Jags Panesar is innocent.
EastEnders spoilers: Monday 18 – Friday 22 January 2021
The week begins with Max Branning asking Ian if he's been for any 'tests'. A frustrated Ian tells Max to drop it, Sharon wouldn't hurt him. However he later has a change of heart.
Ian begins to question Sharon but when she reaffirms her love for him, he's assured and puts all his fears to bed.
When Kathy Beale tries to give Ian some food, Sharon refuses. Kathy then points out that she knows her son is extremely unwell – piquing Sharon's conscience.
Sharon later calls Phil Mitchell and tells him she can't go through with their plan. When Phil reminds her of what Denny went through, he tells Sharon that he will get something stronger that will finish Ian off quickly.
Determined to go through with her plan, Sharon tells Ian she's making him a special meal but when he begins to doubt her intentions, she tells him they should finally consummate their marriage.
While she's getting ready Sharon starts to waver with her plan but after looking through Denny's possessions she's spurred on.
At the end of the week, Ian's 'special dinner' is all set and after Sharon puts the finishing touches to her revenge plan, she indulges her husband in a deadly dinner.
Meanwhile when Phil spots Denise Fox, he asks her if he can see Raymond – what will she say?
When Jay discovers that Rainie Highway has been earning extra cash on the side doing house clearances for their customers, he tells her she needs to stop.
However he later gets his own idea and tells Billy Mitchell to do the clearances and they split the money but Billy, still upset of what happened between Honey and Jay, doesn't seem impressed.
Billy later agrees to do it and asks Jay about Honey… Jay reiterates that it was a mistake but he then spots Honey who has overheard everything…
After Billy has left, Jay apologises to Honey for the hurtful things he said about their kiss and admits that it really did mean something.
Meanwhile, Linda Carter suggests going out for Mick's birthday, but he's worried about Tina Carter – because she never forgets his birthday.
Stuart Highway then suggests organising Mick a birthday party but Linda is not impressed.
The police drop Frankie home and Callum Highway reminds her that she needs to stay out of trouble if she still plans on working in Australia.
Stuart invites everyone to Mick's party at The Vic – he's unaware who Frankie is. Later on she asks Mick for answers about her mum but a distracted Mick (still thinking about Tina's whereabouts) snaps and it leaves Frankie rethinking her future.
The following day Mick is left thrown when Ben Mitchell tells him Frankie has already left for Australia.
Iqra Ahmed is ecstatic when she discovers that Habiba Ahmed is pregnant with Jags' baby. Ash feels guilty about her brother and the sacrifice he made and quickly tells her mum. She furious when she discovers Suki Panesar is already aware of the baby but couldn't care less.
Angry about her mum's vicious behaviour, Ash storms home and tells her girlfriend Iqra the truth – Jags is innocent.
Iqra is left disgusted by Ash's betrayal and instantly ends their relationship.
Kheerat Panesar manages to convince Ash to stay with the family because she has nowhere else to go.
When Peter Beale arrives to take her out to cheer her up, Suki takes a moment to tease Peter…
Before any of the above, here’s everything that will happen in EastEnders this week…
When Jean Slater visits the hospital she begins to panic that her cancer has returned. The doctor reassures her not to worry until the results from the biopsy comes back – but she flees the scene before any tests can be done.
She then makes a life changing decision and decides to live in the here and now and ends up deleting the voicemail from the doctor...
Meanwhile the Carters worry about Tina Carter not showing up for her hearing. Gray Atkins continues to manipulate the situation - will they see through his lies?
Elsewhere Linda Carter seeks the help of Max Branning and Shirley Carter overhears a conversation between Mick and Katy Lewis.
Dotty Branning throws a party, Peter Beale is caught by Suki Panesar and Denise Fox confronts Phil Mitchell.
And Martin Fowler attempts to make things right with his wife Ruby - will she be up for reconciliation?
