The week kicks off with the Slater household being thrown into turmoil after receiving a letter from Kush's solicitor about custody of Arthur. Stacey is obviously furious and Jean Slater steps in to try and calm the situation by getting both sides to talk.

However when they all meet up, tension rises and it's not long before Jean struggles to cope with everyone and fall unwell. After making sure her mum is fine, Stacey tells Kat and Kush that she's hiring her own lawyer.

Kush panics and begins to worry about finding the money for their now legal issues, but Kat is quick to assure him everything will be okay – she has Phil's stolen money on her mind.

Kat continues to support her boyfriend but following an incident with Jean, things take a turn for the worse and they're at war with Stacey AGAIN.
