CHECK OUT: Coronation Street Monday 16 - Friday 20 August:

The week begins with Daisy trying her hardest to impress Daniel by quoting some Byron at him, but Ryan scuppers her attempts when he pointedly asks her why she's got Byron quotes up on her phone. When Daisy bluffs that she's always wanted to be an English teacher, Ryan notes that it's the first he's heard of it.

Kevin encourages Abi to pour her frustration and upset into writing a victim impact statement for the upcoming trial. Struggling to put her feelings into words, Abi seeks Brian's help. Brian advises Abi that her victim impact statement needs to focus on how Seb's death has affected her.

Meanwhile, Toyah is increasingly concerned about Imran when she finds him asleep in his office, having pulled an all-nighter working on Kelly's case. Over lunch Imran tries to explain how exhausting it is defending Kelly on his own while Corey has a full legal team. When Leanne announces she's firmly team Abi, Imran is disappointed that Toyah doesn't stand up for him.

Sally's anger with the local parking chaos reaches fever pitch when she lays into Izzy's friend Fergus - the traffic warden who gave her a ticket. Later Aggie offers to help Sally with her parking campaign but is soon backtracking when she realises how much work is involved.

Sally takes her campaign to the street, looking for signatures in a bid to implement resident's parking permits. But both Tracy and Alya refuse to sign, explaining that residents parking would affect their businesses, and Steve tells Tim that the plan would mean chaos for Street Cars.

Fiz spends a night in a prison cell after taking the rap for the fire, but on the outside Evelyn has convinced Tyrone to tell the truth, pointing out that Hope needs professional help. When Fiz is released and finds out what happened, she's furious with Tyrone for dropping Hope in it.

As Fiz and Tyrone decided to pick up chips while they discuss Hope, a sidelined Alina slinks into the Rovers Return. Later on Alina tells Tyrone that she's been feeling left out, and when Tyrone explains how different things have turned out to how he imagined, he ends up accidentally proposing to Alina.

Debbie puts a plan in motion to trick Leanne and Nick into bidding higher for half the Bistro but they see straight through it. After finally agreeing on a deal Nick suggests that having Debbie and Leanne at the helm might be a recipe for disaster.

Offended, Leanne tells Nick that women can be perfectly professional. Later on when Leanne and Debbie lay into the fishmonger who tried to pull a fast one, Nick concedes that the two of them are a formidable duo.

Fiz is crushed when Tyrone explains he's engaged to Alina, feeling foolish for thinking he was putting his family first. But she's caught off guard when a distraught Tyrone turns up at her door and explains what a difficult time he's been having.

Grace is fuming when a stressed out James snaps at her and tells Michael that it's time they moved out of number 3 ASAP. But when Michael confides in Ronnie that he's only stayed with Grace so that Gloria can have both parents around, Ronnie's concerned.

Adam is looking after Bertie for the afternoon and over lunch at the Bistro, Sarah is enamoured to see what a natural he is with kids and tells him that she's willing to think about having a baby, leaving Adam thrilled.

But first, here's everything coming up on Corrie this week...

Daisy Midgeley may have only recently arrived on the Street but she's already well and truly marked her territory by stealing Ryan Connor away from Alya Nazir.

But while Daisy is intent on flaunting her new relationship in front of Alya, Ryan isn't playing ball and soon Daisy has set her sights on a new unsuspecting victim.

Who's she going to get her claws into next?

Sarah throws a curveball for Adam

But not everyone is excited about the idea and when they return to the project one morning they're shocked to find someone has trashed it.

Leanne Battersby and Nick Tilsley want to take on a new business project, Todd Grimshaw is turning over a new leaf and Alina Popp is determined to get to the bottom of who started the fire.
