Coronation Street: Is this the end of Corey Brent?
Corrie's newest villain could be about to meet his end
Corey Brent and his dastardly dad Stefano have been terrorising the residents of Coronation Street ever since he started going out with Asha Alahan last year.
But after his bullying ways ended in Seb Franklin's death following a vicious hate crime a few weeks ago, viewers have been desperate to see him get his comeuppance.
Having planned for weeks, Asha is determined her scheme to catch him out will go off without a hitch, but she's not prepared for what happens when Nina Lucas and Abi Franklin get involved.
Elsewhere, Sarah Platt is concerned for Adam Barlow as he's determined to donate his liver to Peter Barlow.
Will she able to convince him not to go through with it?
Also, Jenny Connor is onto Sharon Bentley but will her suspicions land her in trouble?
CHECK OUT: Coronation Street Monday 31 May - Friday 4th June:
Nina feels beyond betrayed when she overhears Asha telling Corey that she believes he's innocent and wants them to get back together. When Nina reminds her that it's Corey's fault that Seb is dead, Asha refuses to blow the cover for her plan and continues to defend Corey.
The day of the funeral draws nearer and Abi finds herself alone with Seb's casket. Emotionally she tells him that she's sorry she wasn't a better mother to him.
On the day of Seb's funeral, Nina is sickened to see that Corey is in attendance and playing innocent. He even tells her that he wants to pay his respects.
But hearing Corey in hysterics on the phone to his mate, Abi sees red and is determined to reap revenge. As Abi follows him with half a bottle in her hand, Asha cottons onto what's going on and begs her to see sense, reminding her that Seb wouldn't want her back in prison.
Back at the salon flat, Asha puts her plan into action. Drugging Corey, Asha scrolls through his phone hoping to find some evidence, but when a concerned Abi and Nina pay a visit he begins coming round. After a tussle, a disoriented Corey falls down the stairs.
Elsewhere, a concerned Sarah implores Adam not to donate his liver to Peter, suggesting he's only doing it out of guilt. Convinced, Adam tells Sarah he's taken his name of the register and is worried about how he's going to tell Peter and Carla.
Meanwhile, Carla confides in Sarah that she was right not to trust Lucas as he's done a runner. The two women resolve to get their share of the stock back and head to Lucas' deserted premises.
Later on, Carla learns from Peter that Adam has taken his name off the donor register. Feeling betrayed, Carla lashes out at Sarah for changing his mind, convinced it's payback for her sleeping with Adam.
Jenny's suspicions come to a head when she learns that it was Sharon who hired the van that kidnapped Sam. Sharing her suspicions with Imran and Toyah, Imran heads over to the police station to report Sharon for being involved with Harvey's drugs gang.
Realising that Rita could be in danger, Jenny heads over to warn her about Sharon but is caught off guard with Sharon answers the door. When Rita arrives home to find Sharon about to do a runner, is she in the same danger as Jenny?
But before all that, here's everything coming up on Corrie this week...
Nick Tilsley is desperate to see his son Sam Blakeman returned but despite Leanne Battersby's warning, he ends up walking straight into evil drug dealer Harvey's trap.
After some serious threats from Harvey's henchman, Nick tells Leanne they have to retract their evidence - but when Sam's mum Natasha Blakeman gets involved, the choice is taken out of their hands.
