Fans of 2019 Britain's Got Talent were left shocked tonight (Sunday 2nd June) as the identity of mystery finalist X was revealed during the final which aired on ITV.
The mysterious performer had not shown spoken or shown their face during any of the Britain's Got Talent rounds but at the end of their performance in the grand final, they unveiled their true identity.
The audience, including the judges and Ant and Dec, were shocked to find out X was in fact Marc Spelmann. The man behind the mask was already known to the fans of the show as he was a Golden Buzzer act in 2018 but sadly didn't make it to the final. However it seems second time lucky as his act as 'X' has captured the interest of fans and landed him the place in the final that he had dreamed of.
The official Britain's Got Talent Twitter account posted a video of Marc explaining his decision to become masked magician X.
