Amidst all the drama surrounding Gemma Collins and Jason Gardiner on this year's Dancing On Ice, former Westlife singer Brian McFadden has certainty brought the entertainment factor, providing viewers with lots of laughs in the past five weeks.

But now, new reports are suggesting that Brian could be forced to pull out of the skating competition due to an ongoing back injury which has left him in agony.

The singer has kept it no secret that he's been struggling with injuries throughout the series, with Brian dislocating his shoulder during rehearsals last month, meaning he's been in and out of the physio room.

Meanwhile, although Brian is suffering, the 38-year-old is hoping he will be able to perform on Sunday night, with a spokesperson for the show saying, "Brian has a bad back and is currently being monitored by our show physio."

Of course, Brian isn't the only celebrity on this year's show to pick up an injury. Former England cricketer Ryan Sidebottom was forced to miss a week due to a groin strain, with Pussycat Dolls singer Melody Thorton injuring her chin after a fall on the ice.

Coronation Street actress Jane Danson also fainted during rehearsals, with Gemma Collins showing off some painful looking injuries following THAT fall.

Meanwhile, despite Gemma finding herself at the bottom of the leaderboard during Sunday night's show, the TOWIE star escaped elimination, with Loose Women's Saira Khan being the fourth celebrity to be eliminated.

Dancing On Ice continues every Sunday at 6pm.
