Big Brother fans accuse Kerry of being 'fake and annoying'

Many think she's playing up to the cameras

Despite being saved from eviction last Friday (13th October), it seems NHS Business Manager Kerry Riches could be in danger if she's nominated again this week, as Big Brother fans seem to have lost their patience with her.

After complaining about food, giving her controversial view on being in the higher tax bracket, and not being too happy about this week's shopping task, which involves the housemates camping out in the garden, viewers have taken to social media to express their annoyance with 40-year-old Kerry.

Upon hearing the rules of the task, Kerry immediately said: "This is such bulls--t, this is the worst task ever."

After seeing the task play out during the episode, many took to social media to accuse Kerry of playing up to the cameras. One wrote: 'All Kerry does is complain, its putting a downer on my BB experience #BigBrotherUK'. (sic)

A second added: 'Kerry is trying so so hard to be a meme but it is just so out of order and false. She's hard to watch'. (sic)

Another wrote: 'Kerry is getting more and more annoying, totally playing to the camera……#BigBrotherUK #BigBrother (sic)

A fourth commented: 'The public saving Kerry from being first boot is the biggest sin in Big Brother history #BBUK'. (sic)

Another wrote: 'Hallie and Kerry have the absolute worst behaviour. You just know they’ve studied BB meltdowns of the past and are just trying to create moments in the hope to go viral. So fake, unwatchable stop giving them airtime. #BBUK'. (sic)

Another annoyed viewer added: 'I can't wait for Kerry to be evicted and have to watch back her "highlights" of her screaming like a banshee. EMBARRASSING #BBUK    #BigBrotherUK' (sic)

Check out where you've seen this year's Big Brother contestants below:

Farida

50-year-old Farida is the oldest housemate in the BB house this year.

Farida - Blankety Blank

Just weeks before entering the house, Farida featured as a contestant on the 2023 series of Blankety Blank, which is hosted by Bradley Walsh!

Farida - Come Dine With Me

Blankety Blank wasn't the only show Farida has taken part in! Way back in 2009, the make-up artist from Wolverhampton also featured on an episode of hit Channel 4 series Come Dine With Me. Her episode synopsis reads: 'It's day one of the competition in Wolverhampton and bubbly beautician Farida Khalifa is planning to immerse her guests in authentic Indian culture.'

Kerry

40-year-old Kerry entered the BB house on a mobility scooter due to her suffering from multiple sclerosis, and admitted she'd never applied for past series due to accessibility issues.

Kerry - Deal or No Deal

A huge 16 years before entering the Big Brother house, NHS Manager Kerry appeared as a contestant on Channel 4 game show Deal or No Deal, where she won a steady £35,000!

Dylan

39-year-old Dylan made history when he become the first housemate to enter the house with a prosthetic leg. The DJ sadly lost his right leg after a motorbike accident in Tenerife in 2015.

Dylan - The Last Leg

Before his appearance on Big Brother, Dylan told producers he'd previously been a guest on Channel 4 show The Last Leg. He said: "I appeared on a TV show called The Last Leg about amputees - two years before I lost my leg!"

Noky

26-year-old banker Noky is bringing both brains and beauty to the BB house...

Noky - Great Britain at Miss Universe

Although she's a banker, Derby girl Noky has previously represented Great Britain at Miss Universe! She told BB bosses ahead of her appearance on the show: "I also want to show what it's like being a woman who's worked in male-dominated fields. I want to show that women are capable of doing anything they want."

Zak

28-year-old Zak moved to the UK from Thailand when he was just 10-years-old, admitting his life story usually surprises people.

Zak - ASOS

Although Manchester lad Zak hasn't appeared on any other TV shows, eagle-eyed Big Brother fans have recognised him off the ASOS website! Zak models a number of items on the online shopping giant's website.

Zak is also a model for boohooMAN.

Tom

21-year-old Tom brought the chilled vibes into the Big Brother house, whilst also pulling the odd prank here and there.

Tom - Kavos Weekender

Tom appeared on ITV2's Kavos Weekender, decked out in a Hawaiian shirt alongside his pal Liam. Despite appearing rather chill on Big Brother, Tom described himself on Kavos Weekender as "high-maintenance", whilst also boasting about his mullet. If you want to check him out on the show, just head to series one episode seven.

During the first day of the shopping task, the groups were split into groups in order to carry out various different tasks, with Paul, Olivia, Kerry and Jenkin all winning exclusive access into the VIP glamping zone, meaning they were allowed to stay indoors with warm water and beds.

Nominations are set to take place later this week, with reports suggesting they will air on Wednesday night's episode, ahead of the second live eviction on Friday with hosts AJ Ododu and Will Best.

Last week saw 50-year-old Farida go head-to-head with Kerry, with the public choosing to vote to evict Farida.

Big Brother continues every Sunday-Friday at 9pm on ITV2/STV2.
