On the 4th of March the pupils from Charleston Academy are taking over Culloden Battlefield for the first time ever.

The travel and tourism students have spent the past 4 months learning about the site and planning the event.

This Family day will include lots of events throughout the day and there’s even a quiz to complete over lunch in the centre café.

We went along to see the class and found out lots more about the day.

The students and teachers of the tourism class even have their own hoodies designed for the day.

We also spoke to the class teacher Miss Bain to find out how this project started.

All the activities are located in the main building and will run from 10-3pm and is fit for all the family!
