Although he’s probably best known for his massive hit singles ‘Ridin’ Solo’, ‘Talk Dirty’ and ‘Whatcha Say’, Jason has recently become a massive social media star, gaining millions of followers on sites like TikTok and Instagram over the last few years thanks to his entertaining content during lockdowns.

Unsurprisingly, Jason's musical talents showed from a young age, with him attending a Performing Arts school in Florida.
By the age of just eight, Jason had written his first song and by his teens he'd started to compose tracks for major artists such as Pitbull and Lil Wayne.
After appearing on and winning American variety show Showtime at the Apollo in 2006, Jason was later discovered by music producer J.R Rotem, who went on to sign him to his labels Beluga Heights Records and Warner Bros. Records.

In June 2023, Jason released the single 'Glad U Came' — and in the summer of 2024, he featured in a banger by Jax Jones, also featuring Joel Corry, called 'Tonight (D.I.Y.A)'. The song was later remixed to include Mr Worldwide himself, Pitball.
Is he still with his girlfriend?
Jason dated American model Jena Frumes since January 2020, with the pair actually meeting in the gym. However, the pair announced their split five months after they welcomed son Jason King.
Announcing the split, Jason wrote on Twitter: 'Jena and I have decided to part ways. She is an amazing mother but we feel being apart at this time will allow us to be the best versions of ourselves and the best parents we could be. Pls respect our privacy in this time.' (sic)
Jason has since opened up about co-parenting and how it can be "a beautiful thing". They still spend time together and even posed for ADORABLE family Halloween photos, which even caused speculation the pair may have got back together. Neither party confirmed this, however.

The former couple first announced they were expecting their first child at the end of March 2021.
Sharing a cute video of the pair together in the Bahamas, Jason can be seen kissing his girlfriend's baby bump, telling fans: 'Couldn’t be more excited for this new chapter in our life @jenafrumes @bahamarresorts'. (sic)

During the various lockdowns that resulted from the COVID-19 pandemic, Jason, like many others, passed the time with none other than popular social media app TikTok. He utilised the social media site to revamp his musical career, gaining millions of followers during lockdowns.
Although Jason has since created a number of viral videos on the platform, perhaps the most notably is the corn video. The video, which has now been viewed over 20 million times, shows Jason eating a piece of corn on a power drill, whilst his teeth fall out.
Speaking to Complex, Jason said of TikTok: "With TikTok, I’m able to show who I am, whereas in other apps I didn’t thrive as much because I couldn’t show me.”

Jason debut single as a signed artist arrived way back in 2009. The single, 'Whatcha Say', hit Number 1 in the US and peaked at Number 3 on the Official UK Singles Chart.
