Ed Sheeran's fans have been waiting for what feels like decades for his tour to come around. However, now that it's actually here, many are being caught out by strict entry rules.
Normally, you just rock up to a concert with your ticket and it's that easy. But Ed's team have introduced brand new regulations on what concert-goers will need to bring with them to gain entry.
It's all for a good cause - Ed is trying to crack down on ticket touts and stop his concert tickets being resold to his true fans for extortionate prices.
According to Ticketmaster's website, Ed and his team want to "make sure that the tickets get in the hands of as many real fans as possible."

Photocopies of the necessary information will be accepted, but if you don't have them, "the person attending will be refused entry and a refund will not be issued."

Many gig-goers have been caught short by the new rules, having not been aware of the changes, and took to social media to vent their frustrations and warn fellow concert-goers.
