Pop sensation Becky Hill has revealed she’s engaged after her boyfriend Charlie popped the question during a romantic trip to the Maldives.
Taking to social media, Becky, 27, shared her happy news with a flurry of adorable beach snaps showing off her huge sapphire ring.
Alongside the photos, she wrote: ‘Turns out he actually does like me 💍.’
Her fans quickly rushed to the comments to congratulate her, with Rylan Clark-Neal writing, ‘OHHHHHHH MYYYYYY GOOOODDDDD YESSSSS.’
Joel Corry also commented on the romantic snaps, simply saying: ‘Wow congrats !!! Unreal ❤️❤️❤️’.
Fleur East added: ‘awwwwwww congratulations lovely!! 🙌🔥🔥🔥😍😍😍’
Charlie and Becky have been together for almost six years, with Charlie, who works in the events industry, choosing to stay out of the spotlight despite her fame.
Becky has been wowing fans as she documents her trip to the Maldives, with Love Island winning couple Millie Court and Liam Reardon revealing that the singer is staying at the same resort as them.
However, she recently revealed that she finds travelling ‘especially difficult’ due to old fashioned views towards ‘queerness’.
The ‘Heaven On My Mind’ singer declared herself a member of the LGBTQ+ community earlier this year.
She told MailOnline: "One of the things that I found especially difficult is talking about my queerness in different countries."
Becky added that she hopes people will "learn to love" the community as much as she does.
She continued: "Everybody's got to come into the 21st century, everybody's got to get used to the idea that queer people are here and not going anywhere.”
