Could we be getting beauty products?

Adele could be set to make a new career move, as she is reported to be setting up a new company. According to Companies House, Adele has filed the paperwork to create a company called The Shelbourne Collective Limited.

The registered address for the company is in London, with Adele listed as its only director. As reported by The Mirror, the new business could be a cosmetics brand, with the publication suggesting that products could include eyeshadows and eyeliner - allowing fans to replicate the 35-year-old's signature eye look.

Other possible rumoured items include body care products such as creams and lotions, as well as lipsticks and lip balms. The company could also reportedly sell perfume, jewellery, watches and underwear.

According to The Mirror, the company was set up this month, with the nature of business listed as 'specialised design activities.'

If Adele sets up her own beauty line, she will be following in the footsteps of many of her fellow popstars. Selena Gomez launched her make-up brand Rare Beauty in September 2020, with Ariana Grande's R.E.M Beauty hitting the shelves in November 2021.

Rihanna's brand Fenty Beauty launched in 2017 and has gone on to be hugely popular. The superstar then branched out into skincare, with Fenty Skin dropping in 2020.

Is Adele launching a beauty brand?

Nothing has been officially confirmed yet, but the 'Easy On Me' hitmaker has filed the paperwork to create a new company called The Shelbourne Collective, according to Companies House.

The Mirror has reported that this company could in fact be a cosmetics line, allowing fans to recreate Adele's glam look themselves. We'd love to see this happen!

Take a look at some of these celebrity cosmetics brands:

Rare Beauty - Selena Gomez

On 3rd September 2020, Selena Gomez launched her make-up line Rare Beauty. The cosmetics company's aim was to 'break down unrealistic standards of perfection', as well as promote inclusivity and address mental health initiatives and education.

Rare Beauty offers a wide range of products, including face, lip, eyes and make-up tools. Since its launch, the brand itself - as well as many individual products - have bagged many awards.

In the UK, Rare Beauty is available at SpaceNK and Sephora UK.

R.E.M. Beauty - Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande launched R.E.M. Beauty on 12th November 2021, and it's been an incredible success ever since. On her dream, Ari said: 'i love make up, i love how it makes me feel, i love how instrumental it is to my art and to one's sense of self and artistic expression. I want to help encourage others to feel even more beautiful, to create, to tell their stories creatively and express themselves.' (sic)

Releasing collections in different 'chapters', the brand now includes a wide range of products, from eyes, to lips, skin and mists - with August 2023 welcoming the brand's debut foundation.

In the UK, Rare Beauty is available at Sephora UK.

Lady Gaga - Haus Labs

Haus Labs by Lady Gaga (formerly known as Haus Laboratories) is an American vegan and cruelty-free cosmetics brand founded by, you guessed it, Lady Gaga. The 'Born This Way' singer first launched the brand on 17th September 2019, as the first major beauty line to debut exclusively on Amazon as a retailer partner, before Haus Labs re-launched on 9th June 2022 with its new partner - Sephora.

The brand covers all bases when it comes to make-up, with products ranging from complexion, to lips, cheek, eyes and tools. With over 50 foundation shades, Haus Labs also boasts a wide range of colours in its eye and lip products.

In the UK, Haus Labs is available at Sephora UK.

Good Dye Young - Hayley Williams

Is there anything more fitting for Hayley Williams than her own hair dye brand?! With her bright orange locks becoming a staple for the Paramore singer, fans were over the moon in 2016 when she started her own line of hair dye, called Good Dye Young.

Launching the brand after four years of planning, Good Dye Young offers a range of colours, including orange, purple, green, blue, yellow and pink, with products ranging from 1 - 24+ washes. Lightening, colour maintenance, hair make-up and hair care products are also now available.

In the UK, Good Dye Young is available on Beauty Bay and Selfridges.

About-Fact and af95 - Halsey

In 2021, Halsey joined the make-up crew as she launched her brand About-Face. The brand's focus was creativity, as opposed to the typical 'flawless' looks. Then, in 2022, she launched 'cute and bratty younger sibling' brand af94 - which was a Walmart-exclusive - with the entire collection having clean, vegan, and cruelty-free formulas, and products all costing under $10.

The 12-piece collection covers all bases, from eyeshadow crayons to colorful mascara, lipgloss and face products - and even body stickers. Aiding users in exploring their creative side, each product comes in classic shades, as well as a variety of experimental shades.

In the UK, About-Face is available on Cult Beauty and Beauty Bay. Sadly af94 only ships domestically in the US.

KEYS Soulcare - Alicia Keys

Known for her gorgeous and radiant skin, it's only fair that Alicia Keys shares her skin-care secrets, in the form of her beauty and wellness lifestyle brand KEYS Soulcare. Describing the range as a 'lifestyle brand', it was launched in December 2020 in the US, and early 2021 in the UK.

First launching with products such as moisturisers, oils and candles, the brand now offer up a large range of goodies for skincare and bodycare, as well as cosmetics such as skin tints, lip tints and cheek tints.

In the UK, KEYS Soulcare is available from Cult Beauty, Harrods and keyssoulcare.com.

OAM Skin - Ciara

On 15th September 2022, '1, 2 Step' singer Ciara also jumped into the beauty game with her skincare line OAM - which stands for On A Mission. Announcing her 'secret sauce' on Instagram, she revealed that OAM Skin was 'years in the making.'

The brand offers a range of products, including a cleanser, serum, moisturiser, eye revitaliser and brightening pads - all infused with Vitamin C, promising hydration, brightening and radiance.

Sadly, at the moment, it doesn't look like OAM Skin in available in the UK.

Fenty Beauty - Rihanna

Of course, what would a celebrity beauty range gallery be without Ms Rihanna Fenty herself?! 'Diamonds' superstar Rihanna (real name Robyn Fenty) first launched her make-up brand, Fenty Beauty, back on 8th September 2017.

Offering a wide range of products, the company was designed for individuals of all shades. Now a highly established brand, the wide range of products includes over 50 foundation and concealer shades, as well as staple items such as the Gloss Bomb lipgloss, Match Stix Contour Skinstick and the Invisimatte Blotting Powder.

In the UK, Fenty Beauty is available at Boots, Harvey Nichols, Sephora and fentybeauty.com.

Fenty Skin - Rihanna

But what is good make-up without the perfect base? Thankfully, RiRi has us covered, launching her world-renowned Fenty Skin in 2020. She described the skincare brand as her "vision of the new culture of skincare", continuing: "I wanted to create amazing products that really work, that are easy to use, and everyone can apply it."

Initially launching a cleaner, toner-serum and moisturiser, the brand now boasts a whole host of skincare goodies, including face masks, lip masks, eye cream and SPF, with many products offering refillable packaging.

In the UK, Fenty Skin is available in Boots, Harvey Nichols, Sephora and fentybeauty.com/fenty-skin.

Victoria Beckham Beauty - Victoria Beckham

Spice Girls icon Victoria Beckham gave the world of beauty and cosmetics her Posh Spice touch, with the singer/model/designer/business woman launching Victoria Beckham Beauty back in September 2019. Victoria Beckham Beauty offer a wide range of products, including both make-up and skincare. From lips, to face and eyes, the brand also offers self-care goodness such as moisturisers, serums and primers.

In the UK, Victoria Beckham Beauty is available in selected Fenwicks, Harrods and Harvey Nichols stores, as well as victoriabeckham.com.
