WATCH: Air New Zealand's 'Men In Black' safety video
It has already had over 360,000 views on YouTube.
Air New Zealand uploaded their latest flight safety video yesterday and it has already had over 360,000 views on YouTube.
In a bid to make passengers take more notice of necessary safety videos airlines have taken the approach of spicing up their sometimes boring videos.
The latest Air New Zealand video is a take on the Will Smith song 'Men in Black' featured in the 1997 film of the same name.
The airline which sponsors the national rugby team, features a cast consisting of All Blacks players, including Israel Dagg who plays Tommy Lee Jones' character Agent K and Stan Walker (winner of Australian Idol) as Will Smith's character Agent J.
Air New Zealand has been creating these alternative safety videos for a few years now and below are some of our favourites.
In 2011 the airline released this 80s-style video with Yazz's 'The Only Way is Up' as backing music, presented by American fitness personality Richard Simmons.
And last year Air New Zealand blew everyone away with 'The Most Epic Safety Video Ever Made' which starred actor Elijah Wood and producer/director of The Hobbit, Sir Peter Jackson.
Are you ready for the adventure?
We've scoured the web for the best of the rest so why not sit back and enjoy some more 'hits' from the skies.
In 2013 Virgin America released this catchy song AND dance! Poking fun at itself one of the lines is, "For the .001% of you who haven't operated a seatbelt before, really? I mean, it works like this."
It was so popular that Kylie and Kendall Jenner even had a shot at learning the dance.
Lastly we leave you with Bangkok Airways' video which begins with an auto-tuned number to which the cabin crew dance in formation under the aeroplane.
We really have seen it all, now where are the emergency exits?
