Taylor Swift sat down for her first interview in years this week, and chatted to beloved talk show host Ellen DeGeneres about literally everything! Asking her the most random questions ever during her Burning Questions segment, Ellen also discussed Taylor's new upcoming album - which will be her seventh studio album.

But during the chat, Ellen asked Taylor whether or not she washes her legs in the shower - and her answer has sparked a serious debate amongst fans on Twitter.

Taylor answered the question, "I do, cause when you shave your legs, the shaving cream is like soap, right?" adding that she shaves her legs every single day in the shower which also caused shockwaves.

Although Ellen appeared to agree with Taylor that, if she's shaving her legs every day, they're getting a good clean, many fans were not happy with the outcome, and took to Twitter to debate the situation.

Although a lot of fans agreed with the 'ME!' singer, many were convinced that shaving gel/foam does not have cleaning properties and does therefore not act like soap.

One wrote, 'Taylor Swift said 'shaving cream is basically soap' so as long as she shaves her legs, she doesn't need to wash them in the shower. No, no, no, no no, no...' and another added, 'If you aren't washing your legs what ARE you washing cause you're missing half your body if you don't wash your legs.'

But that wasn't the only issue that left fans scratching their heads, as many questioned Taylor's choice to shave her legs every day. One wrote, ' Taylor swift shaves her legs everyday.... Girl, what?! Who does that??? That sounds exhausting.'
