Just weeks after welcoming their seventh child into the world, married couple Paris and Tyson Fury have introduced him to the world, revealing the poignant meaning behind his name choice.

The couple, who were praised by fans after their reality show At Home With The Furys aired on Netflix, introduced their latest arrival during an interview and photo call with OK! Magazine, confirming they've chosen the name Prince Rico Paris Fury, known as Rico.

As fans will know, all four of the couple's sons now have the forename of Prince, with Paris and Tyson also proud parents to Prince John James, Prince Tyson, Prince Adonis Amaziah, as well as their daughters Venezuela Lynda, Valencia Amber, and Athena Amour.

Speaking to the publication, Paris and Tyson revealed that Prince Rico, who was born at 2.29am on 18th September, is named after Tyson's cousin Rico Burton, who tragically lost his life last year.

Paris said: “All of my kids have got unusual names and obviously it’s also really personal to Tyson. We also added my name because I’ve had seven kids and I still haven’t had one named after me, so Tyson thought, ‘Come on, it’s about time!’”

Tyson added: “I’m a king and they’re princes until they earn their rightful name.”

Check out which other famous faces have welcomed babies in 2023:

Just last week, following the arrival of her new book Paris Fury: How does she do it?, the mum-of-seven appeared on ITV/STV Daytime show Lorraine, where she revealed she'd been contacted to take part in the upcoming series of I'm A Celeb.

Speaking to Lorraine Kelly, the 33-year-old said: "I actually got a call recently, just a couple of days ago.

"And they were like 'I know she's just had the baby' - he was about five days old - 'But would you consider coming to the jungle next in the next few weeks?' It's like 'no, no, no, no.'

"So these things are lovely opportunities. And I think that would be great to do if you have the time at that moment. But for me, I'm concentrating on the family. I never chose to be in the limelight. Tyson's career brought us all here. And I always sort of rolled with it and went with it and now I'm here."

Meanwhile, following the success of the first series of At Home With The Furys, fans have been begging Netflix bosses to commission a second, but it sounds like Tyson isn't too keen!

At Home With The Furys is available on Netflix now.
