In an effort to help, her cousin Amber took to Twitter in November 2018, to ask everyone to share Jordan's story to 'keep her spirits hit and keep her smiling!'.

Amber posted a tweet, 'Help my beautiful, brave and inspirational little cousin to get a message from her biggest idol @Louis_Tomlinson to keep her spirits high and keep her smiling! Please read and share her story, she is an inspiration! DO YOUR THING TWITTER! #JordanTheWarrior'.

Now, Louis Tomlinson has sent Jordan a message, telling his fan that he's read up on her story. In the video he tells Jordan, "I have to agree, you're a very, very strong woman". He goes on to say that have a common interest in football, and although he's, "kind of lost his touch," he'll get it back.

Louis ends the heartfelt message sending his love to Jordan's family, sealing his message with a kiss.
