Lauren Goodger unveils dramatic new look and some have compared her to Michelle Keegan

Lauren Goodger's appearance has changed a lot since she was first on our screens in The Only Way Is Essex.

And now she's taken it one step further with a dramatic new do.

The Essex girl took to Instagram to show off her new, much darker hair after a visit to the salon.

Showing her locks off from both the back and the front, she captioned her pictures, 'So spent my day going to the dark side 👽🖤 Big thank you @hsnuzun and @inanchlondon we had a giggle and i was having heart attack but i LOVE it feels unreal #scroll #2pics i cant wait to take more pics '.

And not only were her followers quick to compliment Lauren's new look but some even drew comparisons between her appearance and that of her ex-boyfriend Mark Wright's wife, Michelle Keegan.

One commented, 'Love it, suits you more dark'.

While another said, 'Image of Michelle Keegan had to look twice up close.. lovely picture x'

Well whether she was trying to emulate Michelle we'll never know but either way we think Lauren looks gorgeous.
