Katie Price wants to present I’m a Celeb spin-off with ex-husband Peter Andre
Katie has put herself forward for the job
Katie Price has claimed she would like to present I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’s spin-off show with her ex-husband, Peter Andre, following Laura Whitmore’s exit.
Irish beauty Laura presented the show alongside Joe Swash and David Morgan for five years but has now stepped down from the role to focus on other things.
On hearing the news, the former glamour model took to Twitter to put herself forward for the role and claimed she would love to present the show alongside her ex, Peter Andre.
Fans of the Loose Women panelist replied to her message with mixed reactions. Some believed the pair would make a great presenting duo whilst others believe it to be a bad idea.
The couple have only recently put their differences aside, rekindling a friendship following on from their six-year feud.
It would be familiar ground for the couple who first met on the popular reality show in 2003 and later married in 2005. They also have two children together, 10-year-old Junior and 8-year-old Princess Tiaamii.
However, after their relationship broke down the pair divorced in 2009 with things turning sour between the two.

Despite this, Katie and Peter have seemingly put the past behind them and are finally on good terms.
Peter is now happily married to 26-year-old Emily MacDonagh whom he has a 2-year-old daughter with. Meanwhile, Katie has been married to Kieron Hayler since 2013 and has 1-year-old daughter Bunny and two-year-old son, Jett, with the model.
Just last month, Katie and Peter confirmed reports they had made up after the 37-year-old attended her ex’s gig with her family along with Pete’s wife, Emily.
After the gig, the two were spotted hugging and the mum-of-five even shared a video from the night to her Instagram account, with the caption ‘Great concert this song brings back memories’.
Since joining the Loose Women panel last year, Katie has become a popular member of the show with her controversial opinions, so it may not be that much of a shock if we see her on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here Now, when the new series starts later in the year.
