Kate Winslet had a great response to a teacher who allegedly told her to settle for ‘fat girl’ roles.
The actress, who’s won three BAFTAs among many other awards, gave some inspirational advice when she picked up Best Supporting Actress for her role in Steve Jobs.
She told the cameras that her drama teacher had suggested that she'd only get far in her career if she settled for ‘fat girl parts’.
The Titanic star then looked into the lense and jokingly said "Look at me now" before adding that she ignored the advice and eventually overcame her insecurities.
