Former Hollyoaks and Emmerdale actress Gemma Atkinson has delighted her fans by uploading the first picture of her unborn baby, in the form of a cute little scan picture.

Gemma, who announced she was pregnant back in February, posted the baby scan alongside a photo of her boyfriend Gorka Márquez as a child, writing, 'Still in my tummy kicking away. Making me knackered and giving me way more cellulite than usual but already has the exact same nose and mouth as their Dad @gorka_marquez How is this fair??? 😂🤦🏼‍♀️🥰❤️'. sic

From the side-by-side photos, you can clearly see the couple's unborn baby has the same nose and mouth as Gorka, leaving fans wondering if Gemma is having a girl or a boy.

One fan commented, 'That’s incredible!!! X', with another adding, 'It’s the rules😂you go through the body, hormone changes, a labour and they come out the double of their Dad! X'. sic

Another added, 'Going to be one beautiful and extremely blessed baby, love watching your news feeds and pictures as you appear so down to earth and like me an avid dog lover ❤️'. sic

Strictly Come Dancing star Gorka then shared the same snap to his socials, writing, 'When @glouiseatkinson sends me this pic and my heart just melts..♥️ can’t wait to meet you little one...'. sic

It comes after Gemma showed off her stunning baby bump in a mirror selfie during the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Wearing a black midi dress, the 34-year-old actress asked fans, 'Who ate all the eggs?! First Easter where I actually look like and Easter Egg 😂 and I bloody love it! ❤️'. sic

Gemma and Gorka first announced they were expecting their first child together back in February, with the pair later making a cute appearance together at The BRIT Awards.

The couple's baby is due later in the year.
