They've been together since 1996 and married since 2010, so when news broke that presenting duo Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford were getting a divorce last month, it's no surprise fans were left gobsmacked.

The pair released a joint statement via their representative at the time, saying: "Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have confirmed their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing."

And although Northern Irishman Eamonn thanked viewers on his GB News show for their support, they've since been pretty silent on their relationship.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Eamonn said: "I’m not OK. This is not a good time at all. It’s too early to say but I hope we can still be friends."
