Despite the first ever Harry Potter movie, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, being released way back in 2001, the classic film is often repeated on TV and has been binged endless amounts by Potter fans.

And now, as fans binge the movies based on J. K. Rowling's series yet again during lockdown 2021, fans of children's show Tracy Beaker have spotted a VERY familiar face in the background!

After a number of Potter fans took to Twitter to reveal they've spotted Dani Harmer, the actress herself tweeted confirming it is in fact her!

Dani makes a small appearance as an extra at the very end of the popular film, sitting next to Oliver Wood and the Weasley twins as Professor Dumbledore awards the final points in the House Cup.

When a fan shared a clip of her big moment on Twitter, writing, '@DaniHarmer in Harry Potter and the Philosophers stone, she is behind Oliver Wood after Hermione speaks', Dani confirmed the news, writing, 'Yep there I am'.

Tracy Beaker fans will also be aware that popular character Ben Batambuze, played by actor Luke Youngblood, also appeared in a number of Harry Potter movies as Gryffindor student Lee Jordan.
