Does Cheryl's latest move mean she will NOT be returning to The X Factor?

Many fans of The X Factor were hoping for popular judge Cheryl to return to the show in the near future, but it looks like the former Girls Aloud star has completely ruled it out.
New reports are suggesting that documents filed at Companies House have shown CherCo Productions Ltd has been liquidated, the company that reportedly dealt with Cheryl's salary during her time on The X Factor.
A source told a national newspaper, "Cheryl isn't going back onto the panel, even as a guest judge. She's moving forward and currently has no plans to return.
"She had a great few years working on The X Factor, she won it twice, but currently, she's looking ahead and the focus will be all about her music."
Cheryl enjoyed a successful stint on the show in the past. After joining the judging panel back in 2008, Cheryl won the show with Alexandra Burke in the same year and again a year later with Joe McElderry.
Cheryl later left in 2010 and returned for one more year in 2014.

Just a few months ago, rumours emerged that Cheryl could be making a return to the show as a guest judge. Reports at the time suggested Simon Cowell was willing to lure Cheryl back to the show and was even trying to get her partner and One Direction singer Liam Payne to join her.
With the new series of The X Factor set to hit TV screens on Saturday, it looks like Cheryl's judging days are over.

Meanwhile Cheryl is currently enjoying her first family holiday with Liam and her baby boy Bear.
The 34-year-old took to Instagram earlier in the week to flaunt her incredible post-baby body whilst sunbathing on a luxury yacht.
The 'Call My Name' singer also shared a number of loved up selfies with her boyfriend, with the couple looking happier than ever.
Liam also shared the love by posting a number of selfies with Cheryl, but it was his cute photo of baby Bear that really got fans excited.
The 'Strip That Down' singer posted a photo of Bear's tiny hands as he celebrated his 24th birthday. Alongside the cute snap Liam wrote, 'Best birthday ever'.

With Cheryl's X Factor days looking like they are over, it's being reported the singer is set to work on recording her fifth solo album.
