That's VERY quick!
Last updated 13th Jun 2018
Calvin Harris isn't just a DJ, he is one of the highest paid DJs in the world and now it has emerged how quickly he will earn an average US salary - but we're sure you can imagine it will be similar in £s!
Last year the 'One Kiss' DJ was named Forbes Electronic Cash King earning a massive $48,500,000 with hits such as 'Feels', 'Heatstroke' and 'Slide' and using that figure Magnetic magazine have compared it to the salary of an average American, with truck drivers earning around $41,340 a year, $68,450 a year, and software developers earning $100,080 a year.
After some number crunching they calculated that DJs such as The Chainsmokers (who are at the bottom of the list), would earn in 3.5 hours what a minimum wage worker earns in a year. At the other end of the scale, in just half a day, Calvin Harris would earn what a registered nurse does in a year!
