They might have split up, but Ariana Grande is still supporting her ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson. After the comedian shared a worrying post to Instagram claiming he 'really didn't want to be on this earth anymore,' Ariana Grande stepped in.

Referencing a joke she made about Kanye West this week, the singer tweeted, 'Man i’m so sorry i told a dumb joke. i really didn’t mean any harm. all i want everyone to be healthy and happy. so desperately. please. my god.'

She continued, 'I’m downstairs and I’m not going anywhere if you need anyone or anything. I know u have everyone u need and that’s not me, but i’m here too.' sic

Yesterday Pete wrote, 'I really don't want to be on this earth anymore.

'I'm doing my best to stay here for you but I actually don't know how much longer I can last. "All I've tried to do was help people. Just remember I told you so.'

Pete later deleted his Instagram account, leaving fans wondering about his wellbeing.

Fortunately the comedian has been accounted for after a police officer went to the Saturday Night Live studios looking for him, according to New York Times. An NBC representative also spoke to officers and confirmed he was doing ok.

While fans offered their support to Pete, they had no mercy when it came to Ariana. After her caring tweets, one fan replied asking why she didn't just text him.

Ariana then replied, 'No i couldn’t because i don’t have his number. what else???????????? how else would we like to vilify me today? pls keep going bc I haven’t had enough guilt at all.' sic

We hope they're both doing okay.
