Alison Hammond is known for her amazing personality, constantly putting a smile on our faces! Whether she's on shows like Big Brother or I'm A Celebrity, or giving out handy tips, or interviewing some of the world's biggest celebs on This Morning, she really is loved by the masses.

However, as she appeared on today's (Wednesday 25th November) episode of This Morning, alongside hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, Alison got serious about her own health after telling us all of the latest gossip surrounding I'm A Celeb.

Pleading to both Holly and Phillip and viewers at home, Alison said, "I have had some news, guys, I am willing to share if you've got the time.

"I have found out that I am pre-diabetic, so I really need your help, and I have got to change my ways. If you see me out there buying any chocolate or sweets, please, please I am begging you, I am not allowed to have it.

"I've got to change my ways, this is serious now, pre-diabetes."

Holly and Phillip were quick to respond to Alison's news, with The Cube presenter saying, "That's a really brave thing to say, I didn't think you were going to do that, well done you."

Viewers of the show were quick to send their support out to Alison, with many sharing their own experiences and sending top tips.
