A man's in a critical condition following a crash near Elgin.
Two cars collided on the A941 (Elgin-Lossiemouth route) at around 1.35pm yesterday afternoon.
The man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with serious injuries. Meanwhile, a woman was taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin for treatment to minor injuries.
The road remained closed for several hours while emergency crews cleared the scene. The route has now reopened.
