Motorcyclist 'Serious' After Crash

A Belgian motorcyclist has been seriously injured in a road crash.

The 46-year-old man was airlifted to hospital after the accident in the Highlands yesterday.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash on the Applecross to Shieldaig road near Doire Anoar at around 1.45pm.

Police said the biker is being treated at a Glasgow hospital for serious injuries.

Officers have appealed for witnesses.
