Police hope shopping tags from Jason Gates' car will help in the search for the missing 36-year-old, as the information relates to the hat pictured below:-
Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen Mr Gates in possession of a similar item or anyone who has noticed the hat discarded in the local area. Originally from Hampshire, Mr Gates is described as around 6ft 3, of a slim build, with short cropped greying hair and facial stubble. It is not known what clothes he is wearing, however he often wears black jeans, a T-shirt, a black padded jacket and tweed jacket, and possibly walking boots. CCTV has also captured Mr Gates wearing a yellow outdoor jacket. He was last seen in the Drumnadrochit area.
