Five teenagers have been arrested and charged following a disturbance in the North East.
Five teenagers have been arrested and charged following a disturbance in the North East.
Numerous units attended the Wallace Avenue area of Buckie at around 5.30am yesterday morning.
It's understood it took officers several hours to bring the incident under control.
All five are due to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court on Monday.
