No FAI Into Preston Flores Death

There'll be no fatal accident inquiry into the death of Preston Flores.

He's the 7 year old boy who died after being found covered in flames on a street in Aberdeen last April.

An investigation's now been carried out - the Crown Office say the cause of death has been established, and there's no need for a further inquiry.
