A flash mob at Raigmore Hospital has been seen by 100,00 people.
Dancing doctors and nurses at the north biggest hospital have gone viral.
The Raigmore flash mob video has reach over 100,000 people after it was posted on NHS Highland's Facebook page.
Staff, patients and visitors were treated to a dance routine in the canteen on Friday.
It was to mark national 'Workout at Work' day.
Dancing to the rousing ‘500 miles’ by the Proclaimers the video has now been viewed over 51,000 times with a reach of over 100,000.
Occupational Health Physiotherapist Judith Arnaud was one of those involved.
She said: “This was a bit of fun to highlight an important message about keeping moving while at work.
“We’re all delighted it's reached so many people and that many of those who have seen it are talking about having their own workout at work event."
