Weather and flood issues continue to hit North East

More downpours and snow overnight have casued issues across the North East today (Thurs 21st Jan).
Everything as of 11am seems to be getting back to normal.
Our reporter Andy Watson's been out and about.
Earlier today though there was problems, here's what the outlook was like this morning:

All rail services between Darlington and York are off too.
The Met Office have a weather warning in place till midday across the North E
We still have several Flood Alerts in place.
