Three arrests after crash on busy road in Gateshead
A black BMW and a blue van collided on the A164 on Good Friday morning
Three people have been arrested after a crash on the busy A184 in Gateshead on Good Friday morning.
A blue van was being followed by a black BMW before they collided on the slip road at Whitemare Pool.
It's thought the occupant of the BMW then damaged the van, before driving off.
No-one was injured as a result of the incident.
Police have arrested two men, aged 31 and 32, as well as a 30 year old woman.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw what happened, and anyone who may have dash cam footage.
