The trial of a man from Northumberland accused of murdering his terminally ill wife in Cyprus has been pushed back at the last minute.
Judges now say it'll go ahead in September.
David Hunter, 75, is accused of murdering his wife Janice, 75, at their flat in Paphos last December.
The couple - who had been married for 56 years - had moved to the island from Ashington 20 years ago following their retirement.
Janice was said to be suffering severe pain from terminal blood cancer and was allegedly suffocated by Mr Hunter in their home. He then attempted to end his own life by taking an overdose.
The former miner has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge and faces a life sentence if he is found guilty.
His lawyers believe he should be cleared of murder and have stated that they were surprised that a request for a charge of "assisting suicide" was refused by the Cypriot attorney general.
